Terms of service

What you are signing up for, what it costs, how to cancel and what happens to money already charged.

What you sign up for

An account on the Sole Hand platform, giving access to the members' community and to the tools included in your fee. There are two fees (member and Sold and Scale) and in both the tools come inside: they are not paid for separately. No lock-in.

The price agreed with you is frozen: if the rate goes up tomorrow, yours does not move. It is written into the code and does not depend on anyone remembering.

How payment works

By monthly subscription, by card, through Stripe. The charge renews itself every month until you cancel. Amounts are shown with applicable VAT before you pay.

You can see your invoices and change your card from your own account, in the customer portal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel whenever you want, from My account or by writing to us. There is no minimum term and no penalty.

Cancellation takes effect from the next charge: the month already paid runs to the end and the unused part is not refunded.

If we charged you something by mistake, it is refunded in full and without argument. Write to us and we sort it out.

The community

What you post is yours; by posting it you give us permission to show it inside the platform. The team can take down content that damages how people get along, and will tell you.

The account is personal. If it is used for spam, to harass someone, or for anything the law does not allow, it is suspended, and the reason is recorded and shown to you if you ask.

What we do not promise

The voice agent and the other tools are assistants: they get things wrong, and the final call belongs to a person. It is the idea the house is named after.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee there will be no outages. When there are, we say so.

The text you accept when you sign up

Creating the account means accepting a specific text, which is stored in full with its date and version and is never edited: if it changes, the version goes up and you are asked again. You have it in front of you when you register, and also in your account.
