Terms of service

A membership to the Sole Hand community, with an account on the Sole Hand App. The community includes conversation in WhatsApp groups divided by sector, meetups, and any events and retreats whose listing includes them for your membership. Those in Sole Hand Scale additionally receive, within the price of the programme, the bespoke artificial intelligence tools we create for their business: there is no catalogue of tools; they are built for each individual.

There are two memberships. Member (Socio): for those who already have a business; paid monthly or annually, plus VAT, with no minimum commitment period. Sole Hand Scale: the six-month programme for those starting out, with a start and end date; it includes everything the Member receives plus guidance (a weekly group session, a monthly mastermind, and a monthly one-to-one meeting) as well as the events and retreats for your six-month term according to each listing; a total price inclusive of VAT is paid in six monthly interest-free instalments.

The price agreed with you is frozen: if the rate increases tomorrow, yours will not change. This is written into the code and does not depend on someone remembering it.

By card, via Stripe. Before paying, you will see the total amount with applicable taxes, the duration, and how it renews. There is no external financing or interest.

Monthly Member: the charge automatically renews every month until you cancel. Annual Member: the entire year is charged at once and renews for another year upon expiry, unless you cancel beforehand. We will notify you by email at least 15 days before the term expires to let you know how to inform us if you do not wish to renew, telling you what happens if you do not cancel.

Sole Hand Scale: the total price is charged in six monthly interest-free instalments throughout the programme. Each instalment has its own invoice. Payment in the application is always by instalments; if you prefer to pay it all at once, write to us before contracting and we will set it up.

You can view your invoices and change your card from your own account, in the client portal.

You can cancel whenever you wish, with one click from your account in the application, with email confirmation, or by writing to us. There is no minimum commitment period or penalty.

For the Member tier, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: that month or year is enjoyed until the end, the unused portion is not refunded, and no further instalments are charged afterwards.

In Sole Hand Scale, there is also no minimum commitment: if you stop paying an instalment, the programme ends for you and you will not be charged anything further. What has already been paid is not refunded, except in two cases: the right of withdrawal and the results guarantee, explained below.

If we have charged you for something by mistake, it will be fully refunded without dispute. Write to us and we will resolve it.

If you contract as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the date of contracting to withdraw without providing any reason. You can do this from the withdrawal function in your account in the application, by writing to us, or using the withdrawal form we send you alongside the contract confirmation.

If, upon contracting, you expressly request that the service begins during those 14 days, and you later withdraw, you will only pay the proportional part of the service already provided up to the moment you notify us. We show you this tick box before you pay and we save your choice.

For digital content that is downloaded (for example, programme materials), the right of withdrawal is lost when the download begins if you have given your express consent beforehand and acknowledged that you lose it. Without that consent, the 14-day period remains intact.

We refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 days from receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

This is a commercial guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights, and it works as follows.

Content: if 90 days after the start of the programme the agreed milestones have not been reached, we will refund the corresponding portion of the price or extend the programme at no cost. This is decided by the committee.

Conditions: the launch milestones are agreed in writing with you at the start of the programme; you must have met the minimum attendance agreed upon also at the start; and the request must be submitted before the end of the third month of the programme, from your account in the application.

Procedure: the case is reviewed by a committee made up of three members of your group and one founder. To appoint it, you give your express consent to share with the committee the milestones and the business data you provide for the review, and only those.

Timeframe: the committee will reach a decision within a maximum of 30 days from your request and we will notify you in writing.

Each event has its listing: when, where, what the ticket includes, what it does not include, which memberships include it, and which require a paid ticket. The listing takes precedence.

A place at a dated event does not allow for withdrawal, because the service is provided on a specific date. The cancellation and no-show policy for each event is on its listing; unless it states otherwise, you can release your place from the application up to the day before and, if you do not show up without giving notice, the place is lost. The fact that a place is included in your membership does not affect the right of withdrawal for the membership itself.

Transport and transfers are never included. They are at your own expense.

When the capacity is smaller than the number of interested people, places are allocated in order of booking from the application. Never by lottery.

Nautical or adventure activities are operated by an active tourism company with its own insurance. To participate, you accept their conditions in addition to these.

Referring the community is free and does not require you to be a member or buy anything. Entry is by invitation following a meeting, and the full terms of the programme are accepted in the affiliate portal, within the application. This section summarises them; the contract you accept in the portal is the one that governs.

Commission arises only from fees collected from people who join via your link and use the membership; never just for signing people up. Each commission consolidates 30 days after the charge and, if there is a refund, it is voided. It is settled monthly once a minimum is reached, against your invoice and with the appropriate tax withholding.

Self-referrals, sending commercial communications to those who have not requested them, and recommending without identifying paid recommendations as advertising on social media are prohibited.

The community conversation takes place in WhatsApp groups. Joining is voluntary and, upon joining, your number is visible to the other members. We do not automate messages.

What you share is yours. If behaviour damages coexistence (spam, harassment, selling to other members, or anything unlawful), the team may remove that person from the groups and suspend their account; the reason is recorded and shown to them if they ask.

The tools in the Sole Hand App are assistants: they make mistakes, and the final decision lies with a person. This is the idea that gives the company its name.

We do not promise results with figures, nor income, nor that a business will succeed. We promise the community, the guidance, and, in Sole Hand Scale, reviewing the milestones with you at 90 days.

We work to ensure the service is available, but we do not guarantee there will be no outages. When there are, they are reported.

Upon creating an account, a specific text is accepted, stored in full with its date and version, and is never edited: if it changes, the version goes up and it is requested again. You have it in front of you when you register and also in your account.
