Sole Hand Skills is the community's programme for people building their business: six months with a start and an end date, a small group, guidance every week and the semester's events. No lock-in, and a results guarantee reviewed at 90 days.
Who it's for
For people starting out: you have an idea or a business you just opened and you don't want to do it alone. You don't need to know technology or to have the business running already; you need to want to get going and to talk about it.
It's not for anyone looking for a recorded course, or for anyone who wants someone else to build their business. Here you build it, with people going through the same thing and with people who have been there.
What's included
- Everything in Member: the WhatsApp groups by sector, the meetups and the tools in the app.
- A live group session every week. It gets recorded.
- A monthly mastermind with your group: each person says where they are and the rest weigh in.
- A one-to-one meeting with a founder every month, whenever you ask for it.
- The artificial intelligence tools in the Sole Hand App, nothing to pay on top.
- The semester's events and retreats, as stated on each card. Travel is on you.
How you pay
We tell you the price at the meeting, everything included and with VAT inside. It's paid in six monthly interest-free instalments. That's the final price: there's nothing else.
- The programme has a start date and an end date.
- No lock-in: if you stop paying an instalment, you leave the programme and nothing more is charged.
- What you have paid is not refunded, except in two cases: the 14-day statutory withdrawal right and the results guarantee.
The results guarantee, explained
At the start, we agree with you in writing the milestones for the first stretch: what has to be done at 90 days.
If they haven't been reached at 90 days, with the minimum attendance met, a committee of three members from your group and one founder reviews the case. For that you will need to consent to sharing with them the business data the review involves.
The committee decides one of two things: refund the corresponding part or extend the programme at no cost. It's resolved within 30 days of your request. We don't promise figures: we promise to look at it with you and decide.
Groups are small and seats are limited: each person's one-to-one meeting sets the cap. That's why you get in after a meeting.
Programme questions
When does the next group start?
Groups start on a fixed date, announced in the app and at the meeting. If the next one is already full, you keep a reserved seat for the following one.
What if I can't attend a session?
Group sessions get recorded. The minimum attendance the guarantee requires is agreed at the start, with your calendar in front of you.
What happens when the six months end?
You stay in the community as a member, on the member fee, or you repeat another semester if you want to keep the guidance. You decide at the end, not before.
Can I pay it all at once?
Yes. The six monthly instalments are the default and carry no interest; if you'd rather pay it in full, say so at the meeting.
Can I withdraw after starting?
You have 14 calendar days from signing up to withdraw without giving a reason, from your account in the app. If you asked to start during those days, you pay only the proportional part of what was already delivered.
